Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

This Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and Phone Cleaner - Clean Storage (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs your access to and use of the Phone Cleaner - Clean Storage mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the App immediately.

1. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be posted within the App, and the revised date will be indicated above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

  • Users aged 13 to 17 years may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Users under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the App.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these age and legal capacity requirements.

3. Purpose of the App

The App is a mobile utility designed to enhance your device’s performance and help manage your phone’s storage efficiently.
Key features may include (but are not limited to):

  • Detecting and removing duplicate or similar photos, screenshots, bursts, and Live Photos

  • Identifying and cleaning duplicate contacts

  • Merging or backing up contacts

  • Quick delete functions for unwanted files or contacts

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of it, you must stop using the App immediately.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.

  • Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.

  • Share, lease, or lend the App to others without authorization.

  • Violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  • Use the App in any way that could damage or disrupt its functionality.

Any violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

6. Availability & Updates

  • The App requires a compatible device and internet connection.

  • It is designed for iOS 10.0 or later, but compatibility is not guaranteed across all devices.

  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available.

  • Features and functionality may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

  • You may uninstall the App at any time if you no longer wish to use it.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links or integrations with third-party websites or services.

  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties.

  • If you use ad-blocking features, certain websites or services may restrict access.

  • You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms of service.

8. Data Sharing for App Store Refunds

To process refund requests made through the App Store, we may share limited data with Apple Inc., such as:

  • Usage and purchase history

  • Subscription duration and status

  • Content accessed within the App

This information is shared only to help Apple validate refund requests and is not used for advertising or tracking.
You can manage or withdraw your consent under:
App Settings → Privacy & Data Sharing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties that the App will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.

  • We do not guarantee complete removal of duplicate or similar files.

  • All warranties—express or implied—such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and technical compatibility, are disclaimed.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
